Silent and clean rooms were available. Location: the hotel was just off the center of Buenos Aires, a cafe round the corner with good coffee and tasty medialunas, and the restaurant next door. Brew pub The Birra Lab was 800 feet away from the place.

The hotel's prime location near the metro station makes it convenient for exploring the city. guests can easily find restaurants and shops in the nearby area. the room and bathroom were functional and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel staff's lack of English language skills may pose a challenge for international guests seeking assistance.

I had a wonderful stay at a budget hotel in the heart of the city. The room wasnice and neat, with a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they even helped me book a taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, affordability, and pleasant accommodations.

The hotel provided great air conditioning that worked well, which was essential during the hot weather. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants, shopping options, and easy walking distance to downtown landmarks.
The breakfast place down the street didn't always meet expectations, with occasional shortages and delays in service. The room lacked natural light due to a windowless design, which made for a dark and somewhat gloomy atmosphere.

We had a good stay: 2 nights with wife and kid. The room is as per the pictures, rather small but quiet and very comfy. Reverse AC works fine and heats up the room in just a few mins. Did not try the breakfast as BA is packed with panaderias and great coffee shops. All together, great value for the price. The location and the value for money are great. Now the building is getting older, sheets and towels shabbier, but they still have the name of the hotel embroidered, the bathroom was super clean, and there is bathtub. Elevator works well and there is AC in each room. Staff was friendly and internet was good.
100% Recommend this hotel.
